RETURNS POLICY
At Threaded Valley, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, packaging, and labels must remain attached.

Items must be free of stains, fragrances, and damage.

Sale items, accessories, undergarments, and final clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Time Frame
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Once approved, please ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
How to Start a Return

Contact our Customer Support Team at support@threadedvalley.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Package your item securely and send it to the provided return address.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure your preferred item doesn’t sell out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadedvalley.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right immediately.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Threaded Valley is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Threaded Valley reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
